My husband and I lost our jobs this year its been really hard especially considering we bought a house two years ago and we are struggling to get by. We have to choose between food, lights or a place to live. We have been eating oodles and noodles and have got some help from our church. I live in the 4th poorest city in USA which is Asheboro NC. If anyone could donate some money so we wont loose our home or suggest some work please do so, You are appreciated and God will give 10 fold...........LOVE YA ALL!

Please, is there anyone out there who can help me?  I am treading water right now.  My financial situation is getting worse.  I need to get my car repaired so that I can find a job.  I have one on hold if I can get my car fixed.  I need a left driver side wheel bearing, transmission cleaned and windshield fixed.  I have been unemployed since January '09 and I am close to losing my home and can't keep up with my utility payments.  My disabled daughter needs my car fixed so that I can take her to her doctor's appointments.  I need it fixed for obvious reasons including getting myself to the doctor.

I am 57 years old and out of work I worked as a restaurant manager for 10 years until I slipped and fell and hurt myself at work in 2002. I didn't realize how much damage I had done in the fall for about 3 years. I also do animal rescue and  I am now having to scale back on the amount  that I can do. It seems that no one wants to hire a older person and then if you get sick and miss a few days of work even with a doctors statement that you loose your job. I am about to loose my home after 10 years because I can't make the payments any more. I am fighting to save my home but it seems to be a uphill battle. Is there any help out there for a person like myself and I know that there are others in the same boat.

Hello, my wife and I have been married for 21 years. We have 3 wonderful children, one of which is married & living in Alabama. We still have our 18 year old daughter & our 15 year old son at home and in school. My wife has  had the same job for 7 years, but does'nt make a lot of money , but thank God she has it. As for myself I worked as a electrician for many years.Several years ago I went to work for my Dads business which did real well for a little over 2 years. Then in June of 2007 he had to layoff my brother & myself. Now this is just after we signed a lease purshase deal on a home we were getting from good friends of ours. Well as bad luck would have it work on my end got very slow, unemployment benifits ran out in December 2007. Now  we are almost 3 months behind on our house , as well as every other bill we owe.We have had a pile up of returned checks ,because of some funds we were going to get fell thru.Therefore we are in trouble deep. We need about 15,000 dollars to get this cleaned up.And loosing our home is very close . We need help from somewhere ASAP or were going to loose everything.Our credt is shot,and we need to get this money ASAP. We are more than willing to pay the payments with intrest.I have a small property main tenance/cleaning business which is also very slow right now .Is there anyone out there that can help

I HAD BREAST CANCER SURGERY AND IN AUGUST OF 2005 - I WAS/AM ENEMPLOYED AND HAD TO MORTGAGE MY HOME TO PAY MEDICAL EXPENSES AND LIVING EXPENSES.  NOT ONLY DID I MORTGAGE MY HOME BUT I ALSO MAXED MY CREDIT CARDS.  THIS WAS MY MOTHER'S HOME UNTIL SHE SIGNED  IT OVER TO ME.  NOW I AM ABOUT LOSE HER HOME.

MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE $658./MONTH AND CREDIT CARDS TOTAL $4000.  THE MORTGAGE COMPANY ALLOWED ME TO MISS ONE PAYMENT WITHOUT A PENALTY OR LATE CHARGE BUT THAT'S IT.  I HAVE NO FAMILY I CAN COUNT ON BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO HELP.
